Evaluasi Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Pabrik Pengolahan Getah Pinus PT. Oleo Resina Indonesia

Abstract

PT. Oleo Resina Indonesia merupakan pabrik getah pinus yang memproduksi bahan yang mudah terbakar. Pabrik ini pernah mengalami kebakaran pada tahun 2016. Untuk mencegah terulangnya peristiwa kebakaran, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kembali sistem proteksi kebakaran yang dimiliki. Tahapan studi dilakukan, mulai dari observasi bangunan, evaluasi sistem proteksi kebakaran hingga pemberian usulan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem proteksi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelemahan sistem proteksi bangunan terletak pada tata letak APAR, hidran, sistem deteksi dan alarm, titik kumpul, jalur evakuasi, aksebilitas mobil pemadam dan penerapan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran bangunan.

PT. Oleo Resina Indonesia is a pine resin factory that produces flammable materials. This factory has been burned in 2016. To prevent a recurrence of a fire incident, this study aims to look back at the fire protection system that it has. The stages of the study were carried out, starting from building observations, evaluating fire protection systems to giving proposals to improve the quality of the protection system. This study shows that the weakness of the building protection system in the layout of fire extinguishers, hydrants, detector and alarm system, assambly points, evacuation routes, accessibility of fire truck and the application of building fire safety management.
