Evaluasi Purna Huni Aspek Teknis Ruang Poli Bangunan Puskesmas Gedangan

Abstract

Sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang mencakup wilayah kerja terkecil adalah Puskesmas. Puskesmas Gedangan terletak di Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Ruang poli merupakan tumpuan unit pelayanan pertama yang berperan penting dalam memenuhi pelayanan utama yang menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil observasi awal menunjukan adanya aspek teknis pada ruang poli yang belum memenuhi standar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kesesuaian sepuluh ruang poli, ditinjau dari aspek teknis dan dikomparasikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.43 tahun 2019 tentang Puskesmas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, Data primer didapatkan dari observasi kualitas pencahayaan dan penghawaan, sistem air bersih, sanitasi, dan higiene, sistem kelistrikan, sistem komunikasi, dan sistem proteksi kebakaran. Pengukuran dilakukan untuk memperoleh data tingkat pencahayaan, suhu, dan akustik. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur.

Hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada penelitian menemukan bahwa sistem pencahayaan sebagian besar ruang poli telah sesuai. Penghawaan pada ruang poli sebagian besar telah sesuai. Sistem air bersih, sistem pengolahan limbah cair, sistem pengolahan limbah padat, dan sistem higiene sebagian besar sudah sesuai. Sistem kelistrikan seluruhnya telah sesuai. Sistem komunikasi di dalam bangunan pada ruang poli puskesmas gedangan seluruhnya telah sesuai. Sistem proteksi kebakaran masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai.

ABSTRACT

The health facility that covers the smallest working area is the Puskesmas. Gedangan Health Center is located in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The ward room is the service unit which plays an important role in fulfilling the main services that provide health services. Preliminary observation results show that there are technical aspects in the ward room that do not meet the standards.

This study aims to assess the suitability level of ten ward rooms, in terms of technical aspects and compared with Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 43 tahun 2019 tentang Puskesmas. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. The primary data was obtained from observing the quality of lighting and ventilation, clean water, sanitation and hygiene systems, electrical systems, communication systems, and fire protection systems. Measurements were made to obtain data on lighting levels, temperature, and acoustics. Secondary data obtained from literature studies.

The results of the analysis and discussion of the study found that the lighting systems for most of the ward rooms were appropriate. Most of the ventilation in the ward room is appropriate. Clean water systems, liquid waste treatment systems, solid waste treatment systems, and hygiene systems are mostly appropriate. The entire electrical system is in accordance. The communication system inside the building in the ward room of the Gedangan Health Center is completely appropriate. The fire protection system is not fully compliant.
