TIPIKAL JENIS PONDASI FLOATING PLATFORM UNTUK DESAIN RUMAH TINGGAL DI KAWASAN RAWAN BANJIR ROB ( Studi Kasus: Rumah Tinggal di Desa Sriwulan Kecamatan Sayung, Demak, Jawa Tengah)

Kawasan Pesisir pantai merupakan daerah yang sering terkena banjir rob. Banjir rob terjadi akibat pasang surut permukaan air laut. Dampak yang ditimbulkan banjir rob salah satunya adalah merusak struktur bangunan. Desa Sriwulan merupakan sebuah Desa, yang berada dipesisir pantai di Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak. Desa ini terendam banjir rob setiap hari. Banjir rob menyebabkan struktur bangunan rumah tinggal rusak, sehingga menyebabkan bangunan rumah tinggal kurang layak untuk menjadi tempat hunian. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberi solusi agar bangunan rumah tinggal warga layak untuk dihuni. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan sistem Floating Platform jenis Amphibiou House, dimana menyesuaikan dengan sifat banjir rob yang dapat surut dan dapat pasang. Amphibious House memiliki berbagai jenis sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk menentukan tipikal jenis Amphibious House dengan penggunaan floating platform sebagai solusi desain untuk bangunan rumah tinggal tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, archival data, wawancara, dan study pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik penjodohan pola. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan, bahwa jenis Thailand Amphibious House, merupakan jenis Amphibious House terpilih untuk diterapkan pada desain bangunan rumah tinggal di Desa Sriwulan. Penerapan sistem terpilih dilakukan secara teknis dimana dalam hal ini lebih spesifik terhadap jenis material Upper Structur dan Sub Structur pada bangunan yang ringan dan tahan lama.

ABSTRACK

Coastal areas are areas that are often affected by tidal floods. Rob flooding occurs due to tidal sea levels. one of impacts of the rob flood is to damage the structure of the building. Sriwulan village is a village, which is located on the coast in Sayung District, Demak Regency. This village is submerged by tidal flooding every day. Rob floods have caused the structure of residential buildings to damaged, causing residential buildings are suitable for residents. To overcome this problem is the amphibious house type floating platform system, which adjusts to the nature of the tidal flood that can recede and can be installed. Amphibious house has various types so research is needed to determine the typical type of amphibious house with the use of floating platforms as a design solution for residential buildings. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by observation, archival data, interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use pattern matching techniques. The results of this study were found, that the type of Thai Amphibious, is a type of amphibious house chosen to be applied to the design of residential buildings in the Sriwulan Village. The chosen system implementation is carried out technically where is this case it is more specific to upper structure and sub structure material types in buildings that are lightweight and durable.
