PENGARUH TINGKAT RENOVASI RUMAH TINGGAL DI SIDOARJO TERHADAP PERSEPSI PENGHUNI DALAM ASPEK PENGHAWAAN ALAMI

ABSTRAK
Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu kabupaten di jawa timur yang memiliki cuaca panas mencapai 350C. Kondisi itu tentu membuat tingkat kenyamanan di dalam hunian mempengaruhi aktivitas di dalamnya. Beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan kenyamanan termal itu sendiri adalah bukaan ventilasi yang menjadi aliran udara keluar masuk dalam sistim penghawaan. Perumahan The Oasis village telah menerapkan cross ventilation dimana letak jendela antar ruang saling berhadapan yang menyebabkan pertukaran udara dapat terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui presepsi penghuni dalam penghawaan alami di dalam rumah. Metode yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan melalui kuisioner untuk mendapatkan hasil presepsi para penghuni. Dengan mengambil 25 sampel hunian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hasil presepsi dari tiap penghuni dengan aspek penghawaan alami dan kenyamanan termal di dalam rumah sehingga dapat memberikan ide bukaan jendela.

ABSTRACT
Sidoarjo is one of the regencies in East Java which has hot weather reaching 350C. this condition certainly makes the level of thermal comfort in effect of the activities in it. Several things related to the thermal comfort itself are the flow of air in and out of the air conditioning system. The Oasis Village has implemented cross ventilation where the windows between rooms are facing each other which causes air exchange to occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the occupant’s perception of natural ventilation in the house. The metod used is quantitative by going through a questionnaire to get the results of the residents, perception. By taking 25 samples. The results obtained are the results of the perception of each occupant with aspects of natural ventilation and thermal comfort in the house so that they can provide window opening ideas.
